Step-by-Step Instructions
- Select the Junk Mail Folder icon on the left navigation bar.
- Check the sensitivity setting for the Junk Mail Filter by selecting the appropriate radio button.
- Check the OK button after you have made your selection. Make sure to check the Junk Mail Folder from time to time to make sure that the filter has not mistakenly junked good email. If so, you can ask Hotmail to not classify email from that source as junk.
